Slash Film pointed out that Kevin Smith posted on his blog that we may get to see a Red Band Trailer at this years Comic Con on San Diego.

"You might not have to wait until Pineapple Express to see a new trailer for Kevin Smith’s Zack and Miri Make a Porno. Smith has posted on his website that “the marketing folks are working hard to have a Red Band trailer for Comic Con”. Either way, Smith is expected to show some footage in San Diego at his Question and Answer session on Friday night."
