The international trailer for Staten Island, also known as "Little New York". Sully, a father and discharger of septic tanks is ready to do anything to ensure the future of his son. Jasper, small grocer, has an important quality in the eyes of the mafia for whom he has worked: he is deaf and dumb. Among Tarzo, head of the local mafia, he would eliminate all competition. All three live in Staten Island, under the overwhelming shadow of Manhattan. Their paths will cross as they struggle to get ahead.
