Wade (Nick Nolte) tells his friend Jack (Jim True-Frost) that he should head out to California, now that he's got the money, but Jack has no idea what's he talking about. Their boss, Gordon LaRiviere (Holmes Osborne), then meets with an acquaintance. Wade thinks he's onto something.
