Hercules Featurette - Preparing for Battle (2014)
Featurette for Hercules takes an in-depth look at the preparation that Dwayne Johnson went through for the film. Not only did he have to change his diet and workout, but had to deal with a pre-existing injury by dodging surgery and heal with slow rehab. However, the injury lead to a triple hernia that required surgery only weeks before production.
