Excerpt from the short film Lambs. Jimmy, a young Maori, decides to quit school after an argument with his teacher. Nobody shows any interest in his reasons. Life is unbearable in his dysfunctional family where violence and alcohol reign. But Jimmy’s little brother and his sister both need him; he is the only one who looks after them.
