Speed Trailer (1994)
The story is about a Los Angeles police officer (Keanu Reeves) who has to stop an insane bomber/extortionist (Dennis Hopper) who has rigged a bomb on a public transit bus. The bus must remain constantly in motion above 50 mph otherwise the bomb will explode.
