Trailer B for Dance Subaru, which screened at the 2009 Hawaii International Film Festival. Subaru (Meisa Kuroki) is a naturally gifted ballerina. Growing up under the shadow of her mother and brother s illness, Subaru s world is centered on the happiness that comes from dancing. Striving to be the best, she refines her dance skills through unconventional methods ranging from training in a cabaret to learning hip-hop through a new friend (Yuta Hiraoka). Subaru faces her ultimate challenge when she is encouraged to enter a prestigious international dance competition by Liz Park, a famous colleague (Ara). In order to fulfill her dream of becoming a professional dancer, Subaru must find the strength within herself to succeed.
