The Strength of Water Trailer (2009)
The trailer for The Strength of Water, which screened at the 2009 Hawaii International Film Festival. Kimi and Melody are twins, the middle children in a family of Maori chicken farmers. Their lives are forever changed when Tai, a drifter, moves into his grandfather's abandoned house, now considered tapu. The film's main characters are outsiders who struggle to deal with the legacies of their families and a terrible accident that rattles the entire village.
