Taliesin Jones's (John-Paul Macleod) mother (Geraldine James) leaves home and Taliesin is left behind with his father (Jonathan Pryce) and his brother (Matthew Rhys). After seeing his elderly, piano teacher Billy Evans (Ian Bannen) perform a miracle, Taliesin is inspired to create his own miracle.
