Robert Scott (Val Kilmer) is training Special Forces recruits for the United States Army, including trainees Curtis (Derek Luke) and knife-fighting instructor Jackie Black (Tia Texada). They are investigating a kidnapping of the daughter of a high-ranking US government official.
