Short film The Path. An elegant short documentary that follows a mother and daughter as they venture on a 120-km walk through the thick snow of the Atikamekw land in the middle of a cold, windy winter. Using snowshoes that have been in their family for five generations to follow the footsteps of their ancestors, they revitalize the connections to traditions, to a place and to each other.
