A supernatural creature whose thirst for blood is matched only by her desire to protect her lair goes on a deadly on a killing spree when a group of homeless people move into the storage facility it calls home. Being torn to pieces one-by-one, these new residents of the facility are forced to fight for their lives from this shape-shifter bent on their bloody demise.
